Making Connections-Denver (MC-D) works with a strong coalition of residents and local partners to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families in four diverse Denver neighborhoods. It is one of 10 Making Connections sites supported by the Annie E. Casey Foundation. MC-D’s Guiding Principles include promotion of human dignity, equalization of power, and transformed organizations and institutions.
